This book contains Folio drawings the post WW2 passenger equipment

of this road which had been in operations for 100 years by then.

In just 9 short years the final nail would be driven from the

1880 hostile stock takeover and it will formally merge into the

Louisville & Nashville and erase the road's name. But in 1948,

they were running the most modern trains just like the Class 1

roads were and that included the top end equipment as shown here.

The drawings are essentially blueprints that a skilled employee could

recognize, repair, and service equipment that was in service.

This data is something that each railroad had on hand for their crews operating

the trains and the shops in the areas concerned. In the case where repairs

were necessary these were used to help restore damaged equipment.

Due to the poor quality of the originals many of the folios required editing.

This book has 66 pages with 66 folios, diagrams & tables.
