This book contains drawings of the equipment that was operating
throughout the CONRAIL System in 1982-84. Because CONRAIL was formed
of many failing roads, there is a big melting pot of equipment from them all.
The drawings are essentially blueprints that a skilled employee could recognize, repair, and service equipment that was in use. By the time CONRAIL came
about, it was the consolidation of many other failing or failed roads.
This data is something that each railroad had on hand for their crews operating
the trains and the shops in the areas concerned. In the case where repairs
were necessary these were used to help restore damaged equipment.
Due to the poor quality of the originals many of the folios required editing.
This book has 104 pages with 105 Diagrams, Illustrations, & tables.
