This book contains Folio drawings the post WW2 motive power of
the Georgia Central. By this time the influence of the Southern Railway
can be seen in the newer locomotives and trainsets but the older
pre-war steam locomotives are definitely uniquely their own.
The drawings are essentially blueprints that a skilled employee could
recognize, repair, and service equipment that was in service.
This data is something that each railroad had on hand for their crews operating
the trains and the shops in the areas concerned. In the case where repairs
were necessary these were used to help restore damaged equipment.
Due to the poor quality of the originals many of the folios required editing.
This book has 65 pages with 69 drawings, illustrations, & tables.
